By focusing exclusively on neighborhoods in the East End we are able to concentrate our efforts in one part of the city, allowing us to better serve our residents. Howard West Properties owns all the units we manage. We offer a variety of unique residences, from studio apartments to 5-bedroom houses. Customer service and property maintenance is very important to us. To that end, we work with a team of professionals to maintain and improve our properties, and have an emergency phone line if there is an emergency after business hours.
